The SPAM_FLAG symbol has nothing to do with learning. It indicates that the message was marked as spam by upstream spam filter, i.e. it has a header that matches one of the regexps: https://github.com/rspamd/rspamd/blob/e2c9ea10a36bd2f48d4570123062d8af6dffc513/rules/regexp/upstream_spam_filters.lua#L43
