It is a pity to see abuse. 

Many RBLs limit non-commercial lookup.  Perhaps you could charge a nominal fee?  Maybe worth your while considering this. However this is an open source project.

I would be very pleased to have a simple config option to easily disable the rspamd modules that cause you traffic.
