Even a 99.9% FP safe RBL can cause a number of wrong rejections if you 
are on a very high volume mailserver. Postscreen and such are great if 
you are low volume, but I'd recommend a weighted system for high traffic 
servers.

Seeing that you are talking about free tier, I'd say you are low volume, 
but this wont apply to every scenario.
