I haven't come across that issue, and I've searched a little but the
results have been disappointing. Do you have any references?
The idea of discarding incoming mail has always made me a little bit
uneasy, if only because a fault in classification could discard mail
which you didn't intend to discard. Not so long ago SpamCop changed
the IP which sends acknowledgements to us, but initially they forgot
to put the new IP in their SPF record. That got ugly really quickly.
Of course other faults can have always the same effect as a discard. :/
