Instead of starting to put hardware everywhere around the world, manage
them, monitor them, loadbalance traffic to them and so on, it should be
a lot easier and more effective to use an existing DNS/CDN Anycast
provider for that. Then the performance is improved in a lot more
countries, caching happens near to the user, load/traffic is reduced on
the origin server and so on.
I would not start to build a "rspamd CDN", I would try to use an
existing CDN/DNS provider for that, which uses Anycast to route the
traffic to the nearest CDN-location.
