I greped for "domain.tld" in configdumps output. There is nothing else expect the formerly shown 2 rules and a dkim_signing part.

The server is running hundreds of mailboxes spooling thousands of mails a day. The problematic mail ist generated once a week. I believe that is too much debug ... hopefully not the last chance.
