You just need to configure proxy worker and Postfix as described here: https://rspamd.com/doc/integration.html#using-rspamd-with-postfix-mta.
If you want to scan mails originating from the host itself you should also add
non_smtpd_milters = $smtpd_milters
to the postfix.cf
