My problem is already reported here:

/https://github.com/rspamd/rspamd/issues/3251/

And I had to download the older version from repository 
(/https://rspamd.com/apt-stable/pool/main/r/rspamd//), it seems that is 
not possible to do it with APT, and downgraded Ubuntu package to 2.2-1 
version, which start successfully.

Somebody else have this problem?
