You have not provided any log files, so there is no proof whatsoever
that Rspamd is causing problems. It could be some other software. For
example, your email to this mailing list arrived garbled. Apparently it
contains German Umlauts, but the transfer encoding was 7bit (no QP or
similar), so the message arrived in a broken state.
