I just rebuilt rspamd due to an update ofnhyperscan, and suddenly I am

Now, granted, I don't go restarting rspamd willy-nilly throughout the
day, so I don't know whether this has been happening before and I just
nevr saw it. Is this normal/expected (I'm assuming not)? What is the
likely cause? It LOOKS as though rspamd has lost a bunch of
configuration somehow.
