Ok,
it seems the problem is quite different, here the output of a testmail (http://www.appmaildev.com/de/dkim).

Report-Id: 4b7e1e4d
Sender: <peter.huber at uni-wh.de>
Header-From: <BIT-Serveradmin at uni-wh.de>
HELO-Domain: dnsmail2.uni-wh.de
Source-IP: 193.175.243.82
Validator-Version: 1.08

The "sender" is me but the "header-from" from is signed:

DKIM-Result: fail (bad signature)

I think this is the problem, not multiple from header fields in the mail.
Is there any way to fix this?

Kind Regards,

Peter

Multiple "from" header fields is a violation of RFC (see RFC 2822 section 3.6) and should be fixed in Exchange.
The "from" header should occur exactly one time in a message.
