I too just saw a legit email get flagged with

SH_EMAIL_DBL(7.00)[0.0.126.98]

It wasn't rejected, but it did end up with a X-Spam header and get put 
into the Spam Folder.

rspamd 1.9.4

If I can provide any debug logs please ask me directly and I will 
provide.
