Yes, this has to be a problem in the mail config, not with rspamd ;-)

btw, just to be sure, I've added the full path there, but this doesn't 
seem to be your problem.

Do I understand correctly that you use:

alias1: learn-spam
learn-spam: "| /usr/bin/rspamc learn_spam"

I've just tested this with postfix. It works, too. There must be a problem 
somewhere else in your mail config.
