[Rspamd-Users] upgrade from 3.14.3 to 4.1.0

Hello friends.
I skipped a few versions from 3.14.3 (due to fear of breaking some
custom rules/ work / travel etc.) and am now seeing 4.1.0 released.

can I just dnf upgrade ? any risks of breaking stuff?

dnf upgrade shows 4.0.1-1.el9 (im on rocky).
