In fact, I have exactly the opposite recommendation: do it in Rspamd as 
it has some proper tooling around monitoring RBLs and you will not block 
anything based on just RBL as it is definitely a bad practice: bad IPs 
can be moved to good senders and vice-versa.

Why do you think Rspamd will send more requests than Postfix? I'm pretty 
sure there should be 0 difference in plain numbers.
