Maybe check your

local.d/options.inc:max_message = 216Mb;

setting.

Or if in relation to antivirus scanning
local.d/antivirus.conf:  # If `max_size` is set, messages > n bytes in size are not scanned
local.d/antivirus.conf:  #max_size = 10000000;
