Nonsense.  You haven't even said how the mail gets to rspamd in the first place.

Have you tried something like this, or did you just ignore it?

"Corrects"?  I don't know, but it might change the character encoding.
That's one reason that I'd never use a 'point and shoot' mail reader.
There are much more important reasons.
