Yes...that was the point...  I don't want to see ANY MAIL using an
unsupported character set anywhere within the message.

The map is used in rules as a general content filter.  That's why I
included the (example) regexps about Norton, M(a)?cAfee, Office, etc. in a
previous message...to demonstrate the generality of the approach.

As always, YMMV..
