I see the exact same. My emails are "correct" in sense of dkim, dmarc,
spf etc. but gmail puts them in spam or outlook.com as well. Some
providers accept the email, but do not deliver them to the mbox: they
discard them. wtf..
Either some "IP reputation" bullshit (some block an entire net block
when only 1 IP sends spam or someone presses the "spam" button in the
gui) or just monopoly. They do not want small providers and bully
them... There is no real reason not to accept and deliver our emails to
the mailboxes.
