Thanks for your help. It was G Heywood's tip on the SPF records that
solved the problem. The single-SPF setup was an artifact of when all this
stuff lived on the same computer.
In all of that, I discovered that the cron job that updated the DKIM public
key TXT record in DNS wasn't working correctly either so messages were not
being signed correctly. I fixed that too.
