I'm sorry, but expanding each commit is a bit boring task, so I rarely
spend a lot of time on it.

It is fixed, AI has made some hallucinations about that it seems.

No, same here - there is just a helper tool that might (or might not) be
useful to check limits.

After another look on the upgrade notes, I think they are fine in terms
of the changes description. This release is mostly bug fixes release,
but some of those fixes were quite large to merge them into previous
minor release. There's also a total rewrite of the elasticsearch plugin.
Therefore, I have decided to change the feature version.
