Do you mean mail from 'mailman' which you receive because you're a
subscriber to mailing lists operated by mailman, or do you mean to say
that you're running mailman yourself to operate mailing lists?
Mail sent by mailing list software is not forwarded mail in the sense
that we use the word 'forwarded' in email administration. It is new
mail, sent by the mailing list software programmatically after it has
received incoming mail (mail which hopefully it filters quite strongly
before starting to send emails in response, because otherwise it will
soon be found, and mercilessly abused, by criminals).
Either way you need to be clear about mailing lists, and the software
which operates them, because there have always been challenges and to
some extent tensions between mailing lists and security. Sometimes a
mailing list will do things with mail envelopes and mail headers which
cause problems. Usually it isn't difficult to deal with such issues
but you may need to look carefully at conversations between the MTAs
and their clients so as to pin down what's happening, and it may need
to be dealt with case by case - list by list - because mailing list
administrators don't necessarily all see things in the same ways. :/
I can't remember ever seeing spam on the rspamd mailing list. There
certainly hasn't been a problem while I've been a subscriber. If your
issue is only with messages from the rspamd list then I'd suggest that
the simplest solution would be to prevent rspamd from processing it.
