Seems pretty clear that something is broken but I've no idea what.

Has rspamd ever worked on your system or is this your first attempt?

How do you keep your system up to date? Maybe rspamd needs a more
recent version of some library or something like that.

As I said I'm very unfamiliar with FreeBSD, but if updating something
isn't indicated then I gather (from a quick glance at the page on the
FreeBSD site which I mentioned in my previous message) there might be
an alternative way to install on your system - using a package instead
of a port. I don't even know if it makes any sense to try it but with
my inadequate knowledge about the FreeBSD systems for ports and
packages that would be what I'd try next if I were in this situation.

If the result is the same I'd be thinking about running 'ldd' to get a
list of libraries which are used by rspamd on your system and then
checking each one with another user who has this port running on the
same FreeBSD that you have, to see if there is anything which needs to
be updated for rspamd but which has not been. That might indicate a
problem with packaging, these things sometimes do happen.

As it happens in this case I think the author of rspamd is also the
package maintainer so you should be in good if not from what I've seen
especially patient hands. It's possible he's reading this thread but
waiting to see if we can figure it out all by ourselves...
