[Rspamd-Users] multimap check fails - why?

I just checked mine:
```
          map = "file:///etc/rspamd/local.d/maps.d/wl_from_domain.map";
```
I do not recall why I use `file://`, but I vaguely remembered I had also 
problems in that area and came up with this solution. I cannot say this 
is the correct way though.
