[Rspamd-Users] next (?) step: rspamd on arm64

Hi Boris,

The "rspamd-asan" package is rather not what you're looking for but
there are suitable "rspamd" packages: e.g. rspamd_3.7.3-
1~23ed02bca~bookworm_arm64.deb. There is also a multiarchitecture
docker image @ rspamd/rspamd.

Arm64 packages are generally expected to work; tests are running on
ARM.
