According to the sources.list man page, the options are space separated and enclosed in only one set of [ ], e.g.
deb [arch=amd64 signed-by=/etc/ap okiet/keyrings/rspamd.gpg] http://rspamd.com/apt-stable/ bookworm main
deb-src [arch=amd64 signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/rspamd.gpg] http://rspamd.com/apt-stable/ bookworm main
