The issue described in the link that you provided has the same error
message and was resolved:
https://github.com/rspamd/rspamd/commit/58037bbffc0e3fd7873b6b411ea2c3aeb0f3ea91

I'm running Rspamadm 3.1. I guess that fix hasn't made it into the
latest release yet.

this commit is from November 16 and rspamd 3.1 was released on Nov 3, so it's not in, but it's not a 'fix' as i read it, it's only that you don't get error messages anymore, which may lead to confuse people as it isn't an error only a info.
