[Rspamd-Users] icap not triggered

I wanted to add that in the icap scanner's logs I see nothing and it is working fine.  In rspamd's log I see this line:
lua; external_services.lua:188: registered external services rule: symbol ICAP_VIRUS; type icap
And I am running the latest beta as of today (2.7-1build2).
The snippet below comes from the rspamd web site.  What is missing?
