[Rspamd-Users] v3.0 rspamd DMARC report code doesnt't load config

Thanks for the suggestion, Michael.  I ran it again today and did not 
get the same error.  I got this instead:

# rspamadm dmarc_report
No reports for 20210921
No reports for 20210920
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
#

I'll try again tomorrow and see if it seg faults with fresh V3.0 data 
only.  This is a fully patched up, dedicated CentOS 8 system.  I put the 
log messages down at the bottom for anyone who wants to scroll all the 
way down there to see them.
