It sounds entirely possible; see

how to talk to Rspamd (the `User` header is of particular interest for  
outbound scanning); see also

It should be possible to configure Rspamd to scan arbitrary content  
(like plain text/html) but I'd suggest to construct full e-mails as  
you would send them and show those to Rspamd.
