Without knowing what happened on the DNS level, this story stay at the initial state, as rspamd does not find an SPF record for this domain, and marks is as such. That happened both times (at greylisting and at delivery). Per your initial question: rspamd does enable SPF checks out of the box, but does not *block* emails failing SPF checks (that would be a sensible thing to do on the SMTP level, imo). If you want to look further into this issue, you need to enable enough logging on unbound to see what's happening there the next time you find rspamd failing to find an SPF record you know should be there.
