About your question: no, I don't use manual content matching so far
since there are only a very few cases where the existing rules from
rspamd are not good enough with some score tweaking.

My server handles about 1000 mails per day and so far the users did not
complain about too much spam. Usually I only have to reduce the score of
individual rules to avoid false positives. Of course not *every* spam is
catched, but the rate of spam which still gets throught is less than 0.1%.
