I have replaced disable_monitoring = yes with monitored_address = 
"facebook.com" (only for SH_EMAIL_DBL and DBL but not (yet) for *ZRD) and 
it appears to be fine. Could only check for a few minutes, but I'll keep 
an eye during the weekend.
