[Rspamd-Users] Stop Fake Links

I'm looking for a solution in Rspamd to stop fake links, designed to trick
users.  One such example is something like this:

<a href="https://scammer.me/wp-admin/rx09d8g1r4t_1ttn4g56-11387282/">
https://example.com/privacy/Payroll_JnJServiceSolutions_707184391642_May_13_2019.doc
</a>

Essentially I would like to stop messages that show a URL in the anchor
text that does not match the actual destination URL.

Can Rspamd do it?
