[Rspamd-Users] rspam service stops on loading bad map

There was another error, configuration seems no longer supporting
boolean values "true", now they must be unquoted. After fixing that
the 2tld.inc.zst error has gone away

For stable software breaking changes like boolean configuration change
seems like a bad idea.
