[Rspamd-Users] Default reject values can't be changed

Hi,

i am using Rspamd 1.8 on Debian Stretch.
When i change the reject action in /local.d/actions.conf to

reject = 20;
add_header = 6;
greylist = 3;

X-Spmd-result in the mail header is still showing the default values (15.00).

Same when i use /override.d/actions.conf. 
rspamdadm configtest says that the syntax is ok and configdump displays the correct values.

But in he webui i can change the values and then they work correctly and also will be displayed in the mail header und the webui.
