[Rspamd-Users] Unable to change the maps and actions values from WebUI

I am using rspamd 1.8 with Ubuntu 16 LTS and I have a problem with editing maps UI (Actions and Lists). 
I used to be able to edit this but not I can no longer edit It somehow. 

All actions levels (Greylist, Probably spam, …) are greyed and Lists are marked as Read. 
I have tried changing authorization on each files but this didn't had any effect. 

Has there been some recent changes with this ? 
How am I supposed to gain edit access to these values from WebUI ?
