[Rspamd-Users] PRECEDENCE_BULK symbol

I have another doubt since I did not understand the documentation very well. I create a rule of two symbols MKT_PROVIDER and PRECEDENCE_BULK.

My idea is if there are both symbols, just remove PRECEDENCE_BULK and keep the score of MSGID_MKT_DOMAIN_BLK2.

I create this rule:

test1 {
        expression = "MSGID_MKT_DOMAIN_BLK2 & ^PRECEDENCE_BULK";
}


the rule is correct?

In the file rules/regexp/upstream_spam_filters.lua i see this rule:

reconf['PRECEDENCE_BULK'] = {
  re = 'Precedence=/bulk/Hi',
  score = 0.0,
  description = "Message marked as bulk",
  group = 'upstream_spam_filters'
}

In some mails, the PRECEDENCE_BULK header is printed without the header "Precedence: bulk" be present.

This is normal?
