[Rspamd-Users] WebUI modification from 1.7 to 1.8

Dear, I have some issue with WebUI after upgrading the RSPAMD to 
versione 1.8.1 (and also 1.8.0). Running 1.8.1 with the same 
configuration of 1.7.6 (same reddis and same config file in /etc) the 
WebUI not show LEARNING tabs and the base configuration from 
CONFIGURATION/ACTIONS are not editable and not correspond to thet one in 
ACTIONS.CONF.
